Ryan Mortenson specifically asked me to collect competing lender estimates so he could match them. Once I provided them, he said he couldn’t match and advised me to go elsewhere to “save thousands.” The interaction came across as dismissive rather than supportive and the experience was a waste of time while I was trying to make a big financial decision.
Brandy Hekker is amazing! We went through several possible homes and each time she quickly sent us an approval letter. When we backed out of a contract, she was very positive and professional. Luckily we found a new home and Brandy was right there for us every step of the way. I really appreciate how she answered all my questions too. My agent was also very impressed with Brandy.
