WOW!! These guys pulled off the impossible for me and gave me a rate in the mid 2%. I worked with Robert Hedges, He is the type of person you'd refer to friends and family. This the 3rd home I have bought. This was by far the toughest house to lock down. Dealing with the seller which was a challenge in itself.
