The mediation training provided by the Commonwealth Meditation Group (CMG) Foundation has been an enlightening, educational and inspiring venture so far. I have completed a third of the required courses taught in-house at the CMG Foundation's facility located in Richmond, Virginia and I am excited to be finishing up the rest within the year.
