Mortgage is supposed to be in forbearance for 6 months. Took out an over $2,000 payment from me on 11/1 - Which was NOT supposed to be taken. As of today (11/17) I have had to make 6 phone calls & spend over 3 hours total on the phone. Every time I’m told a different story or transferred or told someone will call me back.
