Great group of people to work with!
I was late on one payment only because my statement said that it was paid for that month. The next statement I got said I was behind a month. They instantly started to threaten me with foreclosure locked me out of my account. And I wasn't able to get a hold of them till the following day! I did not choose this company for my mortgage lender. It was provided during my refinance. I would never recommend or use this company. They are absolutely horrible! FIX YOUR PHONE SYSTEM. All I wanted to do was speak to somebody about auto pay. A quick question. But I was forced to listen to a robot for 5 minutes, which ended with it funneling me to a robot trying to take payment from me. THIS IS NOT WHAT I NEED HELP WITH. Fix your frustrating phone system and let people actually speak with an agent and I'll change my review to 5 stars. This is pathetic.
We started our home buying process April 15th 2020. Within 2 days Tom Rhea got us approved and on our way to finding a home. We are now officially home owners all less than 48 days!
