What should have been a 3 minute transaction took 20 grueling minutes of a teller with no clue.
Friendly and polite employees.
It was a great place to bank a few years ago. However these days the app refuses to keep your balance up to date. I've contacted support multiple times and I keep getting the run around.
POORLY MANAGED. I took my daughter there to open an account. We waited 25 minutes to only be told to come back another day, which is unacceptable. The manager walked by several times and never acknowledged us, while she giggled with the person that was in her office every time she set down. I must say that the other two employees was hard at work trying to do their best assisting customers, as they were being worked like Hebrew slaves.
