All staff are friendly, helpful and cooperative.
I can not recommend this lender. At first everything was moving along smoothly in our home buying process then a little over a week before we were set to close they basically killed the deal. The underwriter that handled our application must be out of their mind. They requested that we pay to have an “issue” with the basement fixed prior to closing that wasn’t an issue on our own inspection along with fixing a sistern that had already been filled in due to it being a “safety hazard”.
