All staff are friendly, helpful and cooperative.
I can not recommend this lender. At first everything was moving along smoothly in our home buying process then a little over a week before we were set to close they basically killed the deal. The underwriter that handled our application must be out of their mind. They requested that we pay to have an “issue” with the basement fixed prior to closing that wasn’t an issue on our own inspection along with fixing a sistern that had already been filled in due to it being a “safety hazard”. Been a member since I was a child. I love this place! The staff is always friendly and helpful.
I just went to 2 different CME ATM’s and tried to deposit money to make a loan payment. It seems neither ATM can accept money. They are closing their Hilliard branch. So it looks like I will need to drive 40 min out of my way tomorrow to go to a branch that is open to deposit money. They used to be great but now they are not convenient to use.
