Have had problems with a certain Infusion pump charging dock where all 8 of our units have developed a crack. These docks stay mounted in our medical helicopters but is has been deem that they must have been dropped. The communication between this company and their customers is atrocious. never hearing back or just being flat out ignored. If they weren't the only solution for compact infusion pumps for ambulatory settings, we would most definitely take out business elsewhere.
The employees don’t do anything besides walk around the business park and overpopulate the parking lot for people who come to actually work.
This company's level of innovation and adaptability is truly amazing.
