We purchased a new home on May 21st and had never owned a generator before. On July 26th, we hosted a 40th birthday party for our daughter and one of her close friends, Nicole Dean, was in attendance. While at the party, Nicole came and got me and my husband to show us that the generator had a certain light on the outside which meant we were due for service! Thankfully she noticed that. Had my first service through CMD and it was the best experience i have had. There service tech was knowledgeable, fast and did a great job. Highly recommend CMD to anyone.
Horrible experience. Complete lack of concern and unprofessional. Had my equipment for weeks before I had a return call to tell me they lost their dealership. Picked up my equipment and told no charge. Now, calling me for payment for diagnostic. Unthinkable!
