Our generator quit working at our vacation home. We called Bill and he talked us through the repair. Took a couple hours of his time and he managed to get an old , non tech oriented guy through the crisis. Very grateful and will get their service tech out to be sure all is well.
We purchased a new home on May 21st and had never owned a generator before. On July 26th, we hosted a 40th birthday party for our daughter and one of her close friends, Nicole Dean, was in attendance.
