I have a medical prescription from a neurologist for Botox for my chronic migraines. I went on their website and seen there was no injection fee, I went and did a consult where I clearly said, I will bring Botox. I have a prescription already- no mention was made that I would need to pay an injection fee. When I went to get my injection, I was charged $250 for an injection fee!
