Horrible service, do not go here. She was so unprofessional. I have a medical condition that causes my hands to sweat and she wouldn’t take the time to make sure the fingerprints passed but took my money. She stated that they are gonna get rejected but I can come back another day. In 20 years of getting my fingerprints I have never had someone do that. I asked for a refund and she instead she didn’t know how to give refund on a credit card. I’d give zero stars if that was allowed
Great business
Receptionist rescheduled me twice and when I came into my appointment, she was not there another employee informed. She would not be there 30 to 45 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. I did not get the date wrong I showed up on the right day

This is a great place to do your livescan. A very hospitality-oriented lady that was very forthcoming about her pricing and helped me determine the categories affecting the price. Many places leave this vague and then pop you once you are on location. I definitely reccomend CMC.
