I called to ask a few questions about why I got denied for a loan considering I just paid my first one off at this credit union and paid it off early and I was met with ignorance and unprofessionalism. The lady I spoke with was very short and ignorant and while I was in the middle of a sentence trying to ask another question she hung up on me.
