As a reasonably strong guy, I often find massages lack enough pressure, but this was spot. The gentleman applied great pressure, hit all the right pressure points, and worked through the tension perfectly. Exactly what I needed after a high stress job and sport. Highly recommended.

Definitely Five stars for Kayo!!! He is hands down the most intuitive massage therapist I’ve ever met. He has a deep understanding of muscles and always spots issues I didn’t even realize I had. As a chef, my wrists, shoulders, lower back, and legs take a beating every day.
