CM Wellness provide transformative Breathwork and restorative journeys facilitated by Chris. Loved every part of it.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ CM Wellness offers a great mix of fitness, support, and community. The staff are welcoming and genuinely care about helping members grow in confidence and independence. The gym is always clean, well equipped, and provides a respectful and inclusive environment. With NDIS funding available it’s a great place for movement counseling, mental health support, and achieving personal goals. A fantastic space to meet new people and feel part of a positive community!
