There is no pleasure in writing this review but after using CM Tax Preparation for many years... last year will be the last time. I hope they can use this review as a learning opportunity in how to treat long term customers. Long story short is I paid them the same method I always have and there was an issue on their end and they said they didn't receive my payment (they did) and I was told that they didn't have the time look into it and wouldn't file my taxes.
