Adam was great from start to finish with our condo mortgage in Angel Fire! He went the extra mile when complexities arose in how condo HOAs and the Angel Fire Resort interact. Adam is highly knowledgeable in the mortgage business, and has able to secure a great long-term rate with low costs. I would highly recommend him now and in the future.
Stacy and Adam did a fantastic job with financing our home in Taos. We have bought several homes over the years and first time using C&M and will absolutely use them again - very impressed with their professionalism and detail oriented approach to everything as well as their overall approach to customer support/satisfaction. Highly recommend!
We had a great experience working with Adam and Stacy. It started before we even moved to the area, talking with Adam and determining the loan we could qualify for. Once in Taos and under contract on a house, Stacy kept us informed as to what was going on and the steps and processes to come. Generally, she would check in weekly even if there was no news to see how we were doing. We feel like Adam and Stacy worked really hard to keep things moving as best they could. I would certainly recommend them to any of our friends.
Second time we have used C&M. Both were great experience. Definitely recommend them.
