Blundering Jerk!! – Attorney was retained for a divorce that had just been filed by the mother in Kansas. The attorney discussed what my answer would be with me, but did not understand what I requested to include in the answer. He included additional paragraphs about the UCCJEA that he should have understood I did not want included. Of course he charged me for his mistake. I have had a long and lasting relationship with Dennis Clyde and Ron Wood. I have used them both for almost every aspect of my life. Dennis has represented all of my company matters as if it was his. Also he is very good at handling very delicate situations with clients and employees. I have recommended him to everyone I know and all have had nothing but good to say because he usually always finishes well. I've always been told there is no such thing as a good attorney... then I had the pleasure of working with Dennis and Ron. These are two GREAT attorneys! Along with being amazing in the courtroom, they are kind and thoughtful to boot! What gives? Where was the blood sucking? Where was the back stabbing? Nowhere to be seen. And did I mention that in my many (yup, I keep coming back) dealing with these guys I've yet to see them lose? If that's not the definition of a "good attorney", then I don't know what is.
