Cly was able to accommodate us into getting e-bikes for the day on short notice, and at a reasonable price. We were supplied with helmets and locks at no extra cost. Friendly staff getting us outfitted and giving suggestions for routes and maps. Cly responded quickly to a what’s app question we had during our ride. We had a super long fun day. Thanks Cly.
All staff were super friendly and professional. We were very last minuters on thinking of doing a toodle all around Auckland. They had a good selection of bikes. They got us set up with great bikes, helmets & locks. Gave us a few tips & off we went. We did a Thanks to Clyde & the staff. I highly recommend this company.
We rented 2 bikes for our road trip through both islands for 45 days. The bikes were great, the service excellent and friendly and all accessories were provided and in good shape. The only bike rental we could find with such service
Everyone's nightmare - flatter than flat tyre just in time to ride home from work, in the rain and no way of fixing it (or time to do it, either to be fair) Dropped into the team, they sorted out a new tube and found the culprit - a little thorn you could barely see - so the new tube wouldn't die first time out. Friendly, easy to deal with and reassuring that they had options to hand for any future issues too. Reasonable pricing that didn't break the bank,
