I was visiting friends in Auckland and had a day to spare, I took a taxi to Clycycles to rent a bicycle. I didnt bring any bike gear, so was challenged to cycle the 100km ride I found on komoot. For little money I could rent a proper road bike and Clycycles was really supportive in providing me a portable toolset and other accessories for emergency stops. I had a really fun day. This I want to do again and again ! Thank you !
Absolute crap service and even worse service when I took the bike back to complain and show them! Brake hood not tighten up, was loose while riding, bloody dangerous. Front tyre after they removed it not seated correctly, made front wheel wobbly. Wouldn't even shift into the lowest gear, I was told you should know how to adjust this - I just paid for a full service idiot! Headset and stem not aligned correctly - its a aero bike so this is important! Chain rubbing against front derailleur when in lowest gear. Brakes needed ad... read more

I've taken a number of our bikes to Clyde and the team who have carried out servicing and repairs. Great to have a good bike shop in Henderson and close to bus routes for return journeys while the bikes get worked on.
