Decent craftsmanship but Shaq is an absolute manipulator when it comes to providing receipts. He’s very shady and over charged me without apology. He definitely practices some manipulative tactics. Look how manipulative Shaq is, no one said me and lisa are in legal battles, we’re not. He's also saying I'm mentally unstable because he won't give a receipt??
