Terrible Experience! 2 months after my first shipment, I still hadn't gotten a shipment. So, I make my 4th call to the customer service number. Then I got months 2 & 3 on the SAME day...And got ALL the SAME beer....from my beer of the month club offering a variety! NOT HAPPY AT ALL! And when I called to request something different instead of the all the same beer, I was refused & told it was my fault for changing my delivery date! As if $55 for 12 beer isn't ridiculous enough, now I am sent the exact same shipment for 2 mont... read more
