I placed my order on September 10th, and didn’t receive any notice about items being on backorder until the end of October. The only explanation given was that the “Straining Fridge Containers” were delayed overseas , yet my tracking showed the order as “shipped” on 10/27/25, even though it clearly wasn’t fulfilled. When two student names appear on the account, it doesn't seem unreasonable to ask to have the donation amount spit between the two. If you want me to support this in the future, you've got to do better.
