Is no option to give this company 0 stars lets star with the collection and charge back they never win any charge back even you providing documents and they even have all what they need to win every single case but they win maybe 5% off all cases , no support like 0 support , tickets take them months like more than 4 customer service is 0 , if they do a new update that means your bill go up example you star year one paying $100 yer 3 you are in $400 stay away unless you want to lose money
I'll echo every other one star review. Except if I could leave zero stars I would, because that's how much they care about customers and that the level of customer service you should expect. I have been with them for over 6 years, always being promised better service.Horrible customer service. If you have an issue it gets turned into a trouble ticket and you go days and weeks without hearing anything. So many bugs in their software its not even funny. Their live support agents either send you how to links or make a trouble ticket. My leads were not coming through correctly for 8 months.
