One star is generous. We booked a vacation almost 2 years ago, we had payed in full, payed for insurance and we were supposed to be fully reimbursed if we cancelled 24 days before departure which we did. We we're never sent a cancellation email or any confirmation... I should have realized then that something was off about this business. We have contacted them numerous times about our reimbursement and each time we get the run around that it's complicated and they will look into it and get back to us. Cela faisait des années que nous faisions affaire avec eux Cette année nous avons était très déçu, premier voyage à Cuba(ou nous adorons aller),lorsque nous sommes revenus et leurs avons communiqué notre mécontentement par rapport à la qualité et le prix( délabrement des locaux, punaises de lit ,ect)ils n'étaient au courant de rien et cela n'a pas eu l'air de les déranger plus que ça !!!! Deuxième voyage 2 semaines en Europe Arrivée à l'aéroport baggages non inclus(environ 300$) 😡 qui part 2 semaines sans baggage!!! Ce n'ét... read more
