I ride a bike often at home, but I also travel out of the USA a few months each year. I'm currently in Chapas, Mexico, traveling with 4 Club Ride shirts. A quick wash, air dry in an hour out in the sun, and they look great. No ironing. In the last few years, these same shirts have been to such places as Nicaragua, Portugal, Italy, Panama, Costa Rica. I ordered $500 of bike apparel and some items did not fit. I was able to exchange 1 pair of shorts but they didn’t fit well either so I wanted to return them along with the chamois that you wear under them. I was well within my 30 day window for returns and I tried doing it online- unable, their site did not work for me so I reached out- crickets! I tried several times and then I’d get a vague response “ what seems to be your problem” and then I got someone who said “ everything looks fine on our end!” I was never able to ge... read more
