The teacher are good and handle the kids very well, BUT the staff team are NOT. They explained just quickly and simple without looking at the system and don't want to look any further when requested for clarity. We ended up came at the new term but actually didn't have to and feel humiliated for showing up without enroling. They should be able to provide proper explanation if they see our enrolment status in their system before.
Unprofessional staff
Customer service, lessons and facilities have gone downhill exponentially!! On the other hand fees have gone up exponentially too!! Half of the time showers are not working, when is not the men’s, it’s women’s or the parents showers. Temperature in the showers is inconsistent at best and there are only 2 showers for the whole complex!! And let’s not talk about cleanliness, I’m surprised nobody Cisac has not been fined. This place has gone so far downhill it is insane. Awful, unfriendly and unhelpful customer service. Had 4 classes cancelled in 1 term and it was like pulling teeth trying to get a credit back to my account instead of a ‘make up class’. So glad to have changed over to Kingswim, went for the first day today and the difference is night and day. I feel bad for the swim teachers here who actually do a good job, but are severely let down by management and office staff
