Miss Chrissy, Maddie, and Bailey are three of the most kind people and truly supportive coaches to the kids. My son has grown so much through all of the sessions he has done at Club Jump. We look forward to coming each week and he always has a wonderful time. Thank you for being such a welcoming space for the families that come - it’s nice to see people who actually care!
Very disappointing experience at Club Jump during a toddler trial class (Dec 17, 2025). Within minutes of arriving, we were told we would be asked to leave if our 1-year-old didn’t immediately follow the structured activity. This was unexpected, as no expectations or rules were explained beforehand—either during booking or upon arrival. We attended a 50-minute trial class with my 3-year-old daughter, but we were disappointed by the level of service, the condition of the facility, and the overall professionalism. The door was locked on arrival, forcing us to wait outside in the cold, and our calls went unanswered. The class itself was underwhelming, making the cost difficult to justify. We’re glad we only booked a trial and won’t be enrolling.
