Very disappointing experience at Club Jump during a toddler trial class (Dec 17, 2025). Within minutes of arriving, we were told we would be asked to leave if our 1-year-old didn’t immediately follow the structured activity. This was unexpected, as no expectations or rules were explained beforehand—either during booking or upon arrival. The staff are amazing! I highly recommend their summer camp.
Miss Chrissy, Maddie, and Bailey are three of the most kind people and truly supportive coaches to the kids. My son has grown so much through all of the sessions he has done at Club Jump. We look forward to coming each week and he always has a wonderful time. Thank you for being such a welcoming space for the families that come - it’s nice to see people who actually care!
