Purchased $6k new set and was told in Dec 21' that it would be 3-6 weeks for the clubs to arrive. It's now May 22', over 4 months later, and I still don't have my clubs. Club Champion says "they're out of stock" going so far as to say Taylor Made won't give them a date for the delivery of my 7 iron! Club Champion's customer service has been poor once they were paid; lacking incentive to follow-up or consistent communication. At this point, I would return to the clubs and start over. Recommendedi had a fitting with Jeff juat a few weeks ago. Exhausting but such fun and I learned a lot from Jeff. He did a great job on my full bag fitting. He never sold me anything except feedback from my swings and he worked hard to find the best fit for new irons, wedges and woods. No need for new putter or hybrid he said mine were excellent and to keep them in the bag. All in all great fun and I can't wait to get my new clubs.
I will never buy off the shelf clubs again! I had a full bag fitting and couldn't be happier! No pressure to buy exotic shafts or heads. I went in with open mind on irons and they had me try multiple brands and shafts and ended up with the newer version of my old models. My current driver is new so I wanted to see different shafts and nothing matched the current numbers/ set up so no change. New 3w and hybrid, awesome results! This is club fitting at its finest. Every club head and every shaft is available, and the staff analyzes your Trackman data to match you with the optimal combination. No other facility will have this inventory and this service. They improved every club in my bag. Highly recommended.
