I have purchased many items through this store over the last 3 years. However, I felt let down with the Customer Service provided over a recent enquiry. I purchased an Easton Orb Table Lamp through Clu a few years ago which for some reason has discoloured and had faded patches on the glass. I called the Clu on 4 Aug to enquire about what I could do and I was perfectly happy to purchase a new glass orb. However, the response was 'we have discontinued selling that lamp' - end of story!
