I had a fantastic experience with CLS. Visited on Saturday morning, after trying numerous local chain showrooms with zero luck. Bought my Sectional 2 years ago. I left messages on their website and called about a large indentation in the middle of my ottoman where it looked like the frame underneath isn't holding the cushion at all. And the stitching is not fullly stitched. I paid extra for this ottoman and never received any call back. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this company is not worth anyone's money.
