From pickup to return, CLS Custom Upholsterers were great! My parents 75-year-old furniture was painted black, and I had CLS strip them and refinish them back to their original glory. Beautiful!
I recently had my couch reupholstered, and the transformation was wonderful. Craftsmanship: The attention to detail was top-notch. Every seam, cushion, and corner looked professionally tailored. The couch now feels so much more firm and is a pleasure to sit on. CLS even included covers for the arms of the couch. My original couch did not have them. For their 50th wedding anniversary my grandparents had the couch they bought when they first got married reupholstered here. They did an AMAZING job!!! Just yesterday my 2 year old drew on the couch with high lighter. I was devastated!!! We brought the cushion in to see if they could clean it or put new fabric. They spent over an hour cleaning it and got all of the high lighter out. When my grandma asked how much they didn’t charge her and said “we take care of our customers”. I am BLOWN AWAY by how amazing they were.
This experience could not have been any better! From the start with the very prompt response when I emailed for information - to when Mike came to my parents' house to see the furniture we wanted to have renovated - to the delivery to my apartment last week. You can see the results in the before and after photos below! Definitely recommend!
