My experience was disappointing. From the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Parsons came across as rude and dismissive. While I understand he may have a successful practice, it’s important not to lose touch with the human side of customer service. Passing judgment and lacking professionalism can damage trust. Repeat business and positive word of mouth come from treating all clients with respect regardless of their background or situation.
