My experience was disappointing. From the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Parsons came across as rude and dismissive. While I understand he may have a successful practice, it’s important not to lose touch with the human side of customer service. Passing judgment and lacking professionalism can damage trust. I have been a customer of CLP for 4 years since I retired. I have received outstanding professional, quality customer service from Mr. Parsons, Joshua and Lisa. They have always treated me with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. I simply cannot imagine the staff being rude and unprofessional to any of their customers. This is the Financial Group you want to use to handle your financial affairs. In addition, they are a Certified Fiduciary. Not many financial planners are.
