The nurses have take very good care of my sister and we’re ever so grateful to have such kind employees working at the facility!

If zero stars were possible it would be a zero you seriously need to be shut down and to think this is the only place that the VA will allow veterans to go simply disgusting no I'm not calling you you guys know what you do to those people in that nursing home and y'all need some serious help Y'all should have been shut down years ago simply disgusting I work in healthcare and this is not how you take care of people
Our son was there in July of 2022. He was always dirty his clothes were always missing. He fell in the bathroom while he was there cause no one came, he got up and slipped on the bathroom floor and cracked his head. They showered him before they called an ambulance and he was rushed to the hospital in Clovis and he was transferred to Lubbock due to a brain bleed caused by the fall.
