Most of the staff is rude and hateful to visitors and residents Asking for ice is to much .family members asking to be changed from having a bm in pants was told to wait cause they were passing out food resident was told they were going to get a shower so wait so an hour and a half later they so up family member now has rash I will be going higher up on this one it is bs we have to have these kind of people take care of out loved ones and treat them like they do
The nurses have take very good care of my sister and we’re ever so grateful to have such kind employees working at the facility!

If zero stars were possible it would be a zero you seriously need to be shut down and to think this is the only place that the VA will allow veterans to go simply disgusting no I'm not calling you you guys know what you do to those people in that nursing home and y'all need some serious help Y'all should have been shut down years ago simply disgusting I work in healthcare and this is not how you take care of people
