The maintenance man rude and incompetent. My family member living there needed something fixed for MONTHS and they never came, I called and made requests and nothing was done. Finally, I went in there myself and had the man be an absolute jerk to me and belittle my family member. I hope they find a new one, I refuse to let my family be treated so disrespectfully. He should be fired.
