My husband hired this company to do our taxes. Two months later he contacted them and asked what was going on, they said we were lost in the shuffle (what shuffle?). Another two months later our taxes still aren't in, I contact them and they said there had been an error. If there was an error message when they filed, I'm not sure why they didn't try again until I contacted them.
Marco delayed my tax filing by almost a month and then left me hanging. I have left multiple messages for him but seems like these guys ghost you despite committing to do your taxes. I had high hopes but this experience has left a bitter taste so looking elsewhere.
I scheduled a consultation with Brendan and he was able to help me understand everything I needed to know about taxes. I haven't come across many professionals who are willing to use their precious time to help someone understand in full detail, what their situation is and what they can do to help themselves. Even though my situation called for a different type of service, I highly recommend CloudCPA because if they've assisted me to this extent, I can only imagine what they will do for their clients.
