We had nearly the same experience with CloudCall as the other one star reviews. Sales people over promising just to get you into a contract, a total lack of support, glitchy tech and a business model meant to frustrate people until they just stop asking for help and then hold them to a contract. All other options we have looked at offer a month to month option because they know that if they offer a decent product they won't have to lock you into a contract. CLOWNcall is a JOKE. It's not as much about the money wasted, it's the MONTHS of time wasted with a TERRIBLE solution. Always glitchy, and support was HORRIBLE. It's like they have no idea what they are doing. Big Promises, No Delivery. Zero Stars is too much
