My company uses cloudcall and after an update 6 months ago this software has become one of the worst I have ever used. I have to apologize to clients constantly for dropped calls and for issues where the audio will switch input/output settings in the call. Ticket system seems to be so far removed from the process they cant actually help. Whatever changed needs to be addressed internally.
