My mom was here for 6 months and she enjoyed her stay. I felt comfortable with leaving her in their care. The manager Aaron is extremely helpful and courteous, the nursing staff is friendly and attentive. The lead Nurse made sure my mom was well taken care of with her medication and appointments. They treated my mom like she was family. There were several activities and events- and they also scheduled outings like Walmart- which my mom loved.
My mother loves cloudberry. She has been there for close to 2 years she calls it her home. The staff is outstanding the management is outstanding we couldn't ask for anything more. They are the greatest.

my mom has been at cloudberry for 16 months.she absolutly loves the staff. Everyone is awesome they take great care of my mom. considering she didnt want to go in now she considers it her home. she enjoys all the activities that they offer. she also has made alot of new friends. i now have my father in law here as well. which has made it nice having both in the same place with great care by wonderful people.
The fact that this place has more than 1 star is mind-blowing. I've never dealt with a lazier, more unqualified staff than at this place. The staff is alarmingly incompetent. If you value the quality of care your family members receive, look past this place.
