Told the young girl in there behind the counter that every time I come here your vape juice burns my pod and then proceeds to sell me something that does the exact same thing. They only have family who works there and attempted to guilt trip me over family dying to come back another time for a refund. Definitely not how you do customer service. My condolences but I will never ever return! Keep my money it ruined my pod and is fake vape juice bought off the internet!
Great service
Cloud vape is the best if you want excellent costumer service. Really cool lady. Very friendly. They have a pool table and a little tiny dog. That guards the store . Plus a lot of stock for purchase. I purchased a mod vape kit the ooze duplex 2 I'm very happy with it .
Wonderful store. Huge selection. Great prices, amazing staff and owner. Very welcoming shop. Will go there from now on for sure! Can't beat the prices.
