Worst customer service EVER!! I purchased two groupons as Christmas gifts. My friends tried for months to contact someone in order to make an appointment leaving message after message and texting with no call backs. Finally, they were able to make the appointment and went to the location and there was no sign and they could not find ste #5. The other businesses in the plaza seemed unoccupied and if the location was inside there was no way to enter, be cause the door was locked. He tried to call, but of course, no answer. Awesome Deep Tissue Massage! Maribel really knows what she's doing. I don't know what these others are talking about as far as poor service. I had no problem finding it, the other suites in the building are NOT unoccupied, (Obviously if you have a massage after normal working hours some of them will be closed for the day), and I get a return call within minutes after calling for an appointment. And like I said, Best massage in town.
