Amazing service from Laura Almond at Cloud. Great communication throughout the mortgage process and she was a great support during my house purchase, chasing up my solicitors and estate agent she really went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more grateful. Laura went above and beyond for us to obtain a mortgage. We had some difficulties with a lender and Laura could not have done any more to sort the issues for us. She then restarted the job all over again, applying for a new mortgage, chasing solicitors and so on, to ensure that things ran smoothly.
