Transport home after routine medical procedure. Nurse asked Comfort Ride to arrive much earlier than my scheduled time and driver John showed up early, met me on discharge floor to help roll me out to the car. Very safety oriented and conscientious service, with a lower rate than competitors. Immaculate vehicle. Thanks John!
Excellent service! Clean car, professional driver, and smooth ride. Highly recommend! I booked a ride last minute for an important meeting, and the driver arrived right on time. The vehicle was spotless inside and out, smelled fresh, and the AC was already on – a nice touch on a hot day. The driver was polite, confirmed my destination, and drove safely without any sudden stops or speeding.
Cloud Medical Service (Cloud Comfort Ride) is an incredibly service oriented company. I called on an emergency basis for a ride for a friend who had undergone an uncomfortable medical procedure and he is also wheelchair bound. The van we had previously ordered from another company was going to be at least two hours behind schedule. I called Comfort Ride and they were able to have a wheelchair van dispatched within minutes. My friend was transported back to his care facility in record time. Thank you Cloud medical service!

I just needed a verified “ discharge pick-up” for a basic procedure. In the end the hospital never checked and I could have probably taken a Uber. That said, this is a GREAT service! The communication was prompt and they were very flexible when my discharge was delayed. The driver was very patient and kind.
