I had a really disappointing experience at Cloud9. I drove 20 minutes right before midnight, only to be told I couldn’t purchase my hookah tobacco or coals because they “require a physical ID.” I showed my official Georgia Digital ID in my Apple Wallet which is issued and approved by the Georgia state government but the manager, Deilan, and the sales associate still refused to accept it. Christian pretty chill guy who works there got me into a lot of products. Very informative and kind honest and calm very level headed place is nice clean and amazing they do ID so prep for that.
Christan was a great guy. Walking in he immediately greeted us and from there walked us through the products they sell and had an overall friendly and welcoming environment. Would recommend and would come back 10/10
