I had such a wonderful experience with Julia! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and welcome. She really listened to all of my concerns without ever making me feel judged, which I appreciated so much. She took the time to explain every step of the facial, so I always knew what to expect and felt completely at ease throughout the entire appointment.
