Would love to start out by saying 5's all across the board, and that coming from a car guy of over 30 years. My 2 kids for my birthday surprised me with Cloud 9's White Exquisite convertible Bentley Coupe, I was King for a weekend. I came across cloud9exotics online while searching for luxury rentals in the area. I first visited a spot located in my state of NJ that was a bit shady. When I first reached out to Eric at cloud9exotics I had a ton of questions in which he answered right away. I was able to rent and enjoy my dream car the grey Porsche 911 turbo s they had. The Staff at booking were amazing and personable and courteous! It was made clear that the coverage had to be increased to cover the rental and negotiated the best price! Five days before I checked in to inform them of the insurance I would be using as At booking they were informed that I had two different companies for my cars ! I was informed that the one I used at booking was ok and as I knew it was not the policy that was bumped up had concerns!
