Don’t you hate when men have an attitude problem, if you do save your money and find another smoke shop. The employee called my Mom, who is a cancer survivor, a liar instead of simply asking what was wrong with the torch that she bought. She kind of needs a torch that works consistently to use her holistic medications in order to gain weight. The torch she spent $35 on was going out while she was using it about 5 times. Maybe sell quality products instead of giving a customer attitude.
Noor and his staff are always professional I wish I can give more than 5 stars. I have been a long life customer here and always walking away happy. Keep up the wonderful job as always.

Great customer service.
Bought tobacco products from them on 3 separate occasions. I noticed all 6 tobbaco products had excessive mold on them. I came back today, purchased the same tobacco product and opened it right in front of them to show them that they’re selling their product with mold. Once they saw it, A gentleman came from the back and got extremely defensive. He started explaining to us(me and my bf) That he has been working there for 10 years.
