I have been utilizing the pros at Clothier Wilsey for a few years now. Every time I send an email, I get a response almost immediately (even on the weekend). I have met Eric Wilsey at their office and have had phone conversations with him personally when it was needed due to some complex tax prep and some questions that I had (so I could personally understand). I signed a letter of engagement and had a very pleasant in-person meeting with Eric Willsey. And I never heard from him again. He missed his own deadline to prepare my docs, didn't respond to an email and didn't return a phone call. I spoke with the office manager, who promised to terminate my engagement, delete my files and confirm via email. That was two days ago. Today's call went straight to voicemail. Baffling.

Absolutely money hungry individual. Not not get any confirmation from me to proceed. He proceeded anyway and sent me a $3,250 invoice. Don’t waste your time.
