My wife and I are long term customers. We bought a ukulele for my grand daughter a year ago this September. It hadn’t been played all summer. She tried to play it last week and we found the entire bridge and part of the finish on it had pulled up. I stopped today to try to get some recompense. However, the woman at the register kept saying no, no, no it is a year old. There was no offer of store credit or any other solution. I guess rules are more important that customers at that store.
I am a huge fan of this store and come here for all my squishy needs! My family, including two young kids, visited last week, and we made sure to stop in. Everyone absolutely loved it. This place is amazing for children. So much to do and look at! Employees are all angels!!
I have to let everyone know it's very friendly we we're greated I liked this town alot lots of shops most of all my granddaughter found her squishy for parents that are looking for exceptional learning games activities projects toys clothes for infants children and they have a bunny which is very interesting in the store a pet bunny and I find it they are all pet friendly around and very helpful .
