Drove from Nashville to sell last Sunday 3/30 was told NO buys. OK DROVE again 4/5 was told they are not buying this sat. Waste of time.
They are never buying. I have gone on 3 different days, a Saturday, a Sunday, a Thursday. There is no one in the store keeping them from going through clothes you’ve brought to sell, but they are never buying. As a side note, the responses to reviews here are unprofessional—you’re watching your cameras to tell the reviewers they’re wrong? You wouldn’t even be able to know if the reviewer is who you see on the camera. I have bought and sold items at this location and have no complaints about the service or merchandise. I drive almost an hour to get to the store and just wish their hours were listed correctly online so customers don’t have to wait idle in the parking lot due to incorrect information. I attempted to correct the store hours myself on Google but the edit was not accepted, surely the store owner/manager could have an employee keep their store hours current online, if not do it themself.
DO NOT SELL TO THIS PLACE! They will scam you! They gave me $5 for a brand new $120 perfume. They wasted so much of our time. Made us come back another day to even get our stuff! So I wasn't able to and they said my husband could pick it up, well I wish we'd never done that! He didn't wait on my ok and just cashed out or I wouldn't have accepted this at all! They told us up front 50% on the perfume or I'd never sent them to begin with! Lies, it was 1/5 of what they sale it for! This place will NEVER get my business ever agai... read more
I walked in willing to sell my designer purses & belt. The lady instantly had a nasty attitude & said selling is from 11am-6pm. Okay that’s fine but it was 3:17 pm & she told me I could come back Thursday! I asked a few questions then she said they were over full today. You should have said that part at the beginning. When I walk in I shouldn’t be greeting you first I’m the customer you should have your best attitude on. I usually never have a problem but today the attitude and energy was not it. Do better obviously
