Erica was amazing and the store is so clean! We will definitely be coming back. We found some amazing designer items.
I Checked out this place after I got boba next door and I was not greeted when I walked in but rather ignored. I found a couple cute dresses I was going to buy but I overheard an associate member being rude to a polite lady who wanted to look at jewelry in a case. I wouldn't support a business that is deliberately rude to people shopping there. There are More important things than clothes and that is how you treat people. I'm being gracious giving them 1 star.
I dropped one basket of clothes off at 11:30am. I called at 3:00pm they still hadn’t been looked at. I came to the store at 6:30pm since they close at 7:00pm and they hadn’t been looked at. When I came in no one was behind the counter looking at anyone’s items. The cashier couldn’t have cared less and didn’t apologize.
I’d buy from this shop, because they paid very little for brand new cloths with tags that I brought. With their business model, I’m sure treasure hunt is a must.
