Interesting place. The Clothes Horse is a small store located on Breckenridge Lane that has a nice selection of clothes for women, men, and children. All the clothes are used, but almost looked new. The prices were very reasonable. I found a great coat that cost almost nothing. The employees are nice and helpful. One woman went out of her way to help me find a certain size for my husband. The store is bright and nicely decorated with some beautiful photographs.
Clothes Horse is THE BEST The best consignment shop in louisville!! I always find a great buy everytime I go......Great selection,prices and a good selection of sizes. I travel 2 hours to get there.
gone but not forgotten This was a fantasitc store! Sadly, the Clothes Horse no longer exists. The new owners "remodeled" and the quaint store has lost all of its charm and uniqueness. Also gone are the fantasitc clothes, furniture, household goods and knick-knacks. The beautiful painted floors are a thing of the past and have been replaced with carpet.
